'For the price my hotel room was ok. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The elevator by our room was down but there is another elevator at the other end of the hotel that was working. Room was clean but the air conditioning was running water maintenance did come and try and fix. The only thing I would complain about is the rooms have really poor lighting the lights are really dull in the room.'

'Liked the shuttle to the airport. Room and bathroom were large and cleaned, but easy chair in room was stained and fabric covering had split so stuffing was coming out. Carpet was stained in places. Water stain on bathroom wall had been painted over, but not sanded out, so paint was flaking over the protuberance.'

'The woman I encountered when I first arrived was very rude. I was about 45 minutes early for check-in. No one was at the desk but I could hear someone behind the wall talking. She walked out, said can I help you. I told her I was a bit early for check-in and she told me that I had to wait because I had a king room. Waiting was fine but when I went to ask her where I could go nearby for food she cut me off and told me I could sit in the lobby.
The lifeguard was very nice as were the cleaning...
