'Charlotte's apartment was beautiful and perfect for what we needed while staying in Port Douglas. 15 min stroll into the main street, pool to cool off at the end of the day, and quiet at night. Good aircon and fans, and having a parking space was helpful. Would absolutely recommend and stay again. '

'The list goes on. Where to start?? Rooms need updating. Broken door handles. Broken toilet roll holder. Ceiling fan above the couch is cooked. Only supplied with 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people on a 5 night stay. They supply a mini sample size of toiletries and no free replacements - unless you stay for 7 nights. The coffee sachets were stale and the sugar sachets had absorbed mositure and gone sticky, no longer useable granules. The mugs need replacing or bleaching as they're also filthy....
