Perfect location, very nice room
The location is quite but the distance to the beaches is perfect. Breakfast was fine , just need some cold water to voldoen your hot boiled egg. The assortiment could be a little more. Otherwise we loved the pancakes and croissants. The room was spacious, clean and just perfect for a family of 3. The bed was comfortable. We had a great stay.

Nice location (and adjacent golf course) but horrible room. Although non-smoker it smelt bad (cigarettes), wasn't secure (groundfloor and easily accessible with open window), not clean (we found a former customer's sok below the desk...). Price-value totally out of proportion.

Kamer was erg warm ‘s nachts omdat de airco centraal geregeld wordt en alleen maar kon verwarmen. Verder zijn de kamers erg gehorig en werden we om half 6 gewekt door de wekker van de buurman.

Het hotel op zich was heel mooi . Het ontbijt was goed . Maar het avondeten was beneden alle peil helaas . Dus zou ik persoonlijk geen half pension aanraden . Bv het vlees aangebrand , geen variatie...

Nice location hotel, but....... the room we got offered, had a terrible bad. It was hard, and after one hour of sleep, both of us woke up, and did not enjoy the night. Unfortunately it was in the middle of the night, so change was not relevant. Unbelievable a 4 star hotel, has beds, of this inferior hard quality. Also there was an outside noice (machine), not making the environment silent

Uitstekend, diner voor verbetering vatbaar.
Verblijf van 4 nachten, vriendelijk en efficiente ontvangst, goede Uitstekende golffaciliteiten en centraal gelegen voor bezoek aan oorlogsmusea en steden als Bayeux en Caen. Ontbijt en lunch van uitstekende kwaliteit, diner mogelijkheden zeer beperkt (alleen buffet) en teleurstellend (iedere dag vrijwel hetzelfde). Voor een goed diner moet daarom (met de auto) een restaurant in Port-en-Bessin (erg toeristisch) of Bayeux gezocht worden.

Prima hotel om invasiestranden te bezoeken.
Modern hotel met mooie kamers en prettig gelegen op een golfterrein. Helaas worden de kamers bijgehouden met de welbekende franse slag. Twee kamers geboekt, in mijn kamer lag de grond en het bed vol met hondenharen, haren in de douche en in de andere kamer deed de verwarming het pas na een telefoontje en lag er geen hotelboekje. In het boekje in mijn kamer werd trouwens niets vemeld over het aanzetten van de verwarming door de receptie wel over een roomservice, maar helaas was er geen menu aanwezig. Het ontbijtbuffet was heerlijk, maar een beetje duur als je een kleine eter bent. Er is wel een goedkoper alternatief in de bar. Bij het uitchecken had de dame bij de receptie een beetje mooite met rekenen, waardoor het ontbijt een honderd euro duurder werd. Na enige uitleg begreep haar collega uiteindelijk dat zij een fout had gemaakt en gaf de schuld aan haar onervarendheid. Opletten dus! Al met al wel een mooi hotel, maar waar de puntjes nog op de i gezet moeten worden.

We had a wonderful lunch and one night stay while in Omaha Beach to tour the D-Day beaches and memorials, very moving and beautiful. Bayeux was also a lovely walking town not far drive from hotel.

Property was nice and staff were nice. Disappointed because we booked this hotel with the knowledge it had a spa and massage available. More than a week before our arrival, I sent the hotel a message to see about booking a massage for my wife. I never received a response. When we arrived, I was told that the massage service was closed for the season. If the hotel had responded to my message with this information, I could’ve made other plans. Other than that, our stay was fine.

The place was great and the staff was fantastic. Please note you need a car if staying in this area. It was very hard to get taxi’s (especially in August) and there are no Uber’s in the area. The staff was super accommodating in helpful us get to the D Day sites we wanted to see

Over priced tiny room!!!
We went with friends, we paid for 2 same comfort rooms however our room was a very small pokey room with no room to relax as everything was so squashed in where as our friends room was so much better and even had a balcony with a nice view over looking the pool where our poky window overlooked the car park. I feel very upset with our stay as even the reception staff let slip the room was normally used for 1 person not 2!! Even the bed sheet was ripped and torn!

In fact in the same room category we have different size of room and you get a smaller room as your friend. We check in our system and we see that you do two different bookings through expedia, with two different booking number. Our team did'nt see that you travel together. Again we apologies about that, the price that you've paid is the best price in a standard classic room less than 100 for one night in April. We understand your dissatisfaction and your misunderstanding. We apologies again. We checked in with the teams to make sure this didn’t happen again and also with the housekeeper about the torn bed skirt. Excellent !
Tout était parfait ! Accueil chaleureux, chambre très propre et lit hyper confortable. Le petit déjeuner était excellent. Nous n'avons pas profité des autres services, mais nous recommandons sans hésiter.
