I had no choice but book an upper floor suite (last room). Room was spacious and with a beautiful view, bathroom was remodeled. However for the $350/night price I ended up paying, the experience was to say the least underwhelming. Room was extremely outdated, old furniture, old curtains, old carpet. Sofa bed also old, dusty and uncomfortable, we were 3, so one had to sleep there. Basic cable direct tv, limited choice of coffee and tea. The room had 2 big skylight windows, therefore at 5am it was day light in the room. There’s a restaurant at the first floor, whose kitchen is probably directly attached to the reception, because first impact when you enter in the hotel is this strong fried food stink. No smell in the third floor room, though. Overall, this is an old and outdated inn with the price of a grand hotel. Would not go back, they need serious remodeling if they want charge customer that amount of money.
