As a gated waterfront resort, the community offers indoor and outdoor pools, indoor hot tubs, an 18-hole golf course and pro shop, tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, and mini golf. There is also a fitness center, a billiard and game room, a library, and a rec hall, plus a marina, boat docks, and fishing along the water. The on-site Signature Grill is a convenient spot for a casual meal. Gate cards and amenity wristbands are picked up from the Welcome Center on arrival.

• Gate cards and amenity wristbands are picked up from the Long Island Village Welcome Center on arrival, giving you access to the pools, hot tubs, golf, courts, and more

Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around Port Isabel and South Padre Island. South Padre Island is about ten minutes away across the Queen Isabella Causeway. Port Isabel's shops, restaurants, and the lighthouse are just minutes from the resort, and free parking is available on site.



Other Things to Note:

• Due to ongoing construction and occasional water line repairs in the community, temporary water outages may occur during your stay. Most are restored within an hour, though some may last longer.

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in consideration of our neighbors

• Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a pet fee; cats are not permitted

• Maximum occupancy is 4 guests, and only registered guests are permitted

• Self check-in is via lockbox; entry and parking are at deck level

• Many resort amenities are shared community facilities within Long Island Village

• Every reservation includes accidental damage protection for added peace of mind
