Self check-in is available via a lockbox, making arrival simple and flexible.

Your booking includes access to all LIV amenities. Pick up your gate card and amenity wristbands at the Welcome Center.

Parking is available in the driveway for up to 2 vehicles.

Please note the home is single level with no interior stairs, with a few steps up to the covered deck and entry.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended for your stay. Port Isabel sits just across the Queen Isabella Causeway from South Padre Island, with beaches about 10 minutes away. Shopping, dining, and grocery stores are within a short drive, and the resort is easy to navigate on foot or by golf cart.



Other Things to Note:

• Due to ongoing construction and occasional water line repairs in the community, temporary water outages may occur during your stay. Most are restored within an hour, though some may last longer.

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in consideration of our neighbors.

• Pets are allowed with prior approval and weight restrictions. Pet fees may apply.

• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Only registered guests are permitted.

• The home is single level with no interior stairs, with a few steps up to the covered deck and entry.
