'The staff were fabulous; very helpful and friendly, especially the cleaning staff and security guards (I met several, and they were wonderful and helpful).
The room was a good size. It was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of TV channels. It was nice to swim in the pool. Overall, it was a really comfortable stay.
The location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown, with good security
It is an older property, but it is maintained quite well.

'Excellent hotel in every way. Friendly and good staff, wonderful breakfast, clean and comfortable room, great views from rooftop terrace. Highly recommended, will definitely stay here again should I visit POM again. '

'Fridge door poorly attached screws fell out of hinges they were far to small.
Phone was difficult to get reception.
Stall need to talk laughter be more confident..

'A couple of days before my arrival i contacted the hotel to ask about shuttle - no response. I called, I texted, i used the expedia app etc - no response. I had the local hotel call them and expedia .. no response. I did not want to take local taxi to the hotel late at night so i had to book another hotel last minute - very expensive - all because they could not respond to any contacts. '
