Traveling to this area for work and need a comfortable home-away-from-home for weeks or months?

Relax and enjoy this spacious and cheerful space. Bright colors will make you smile as soon as you walk into this spacious cottage (1176 sf). Everything is ready for your visit, with an eye towards creating comfort in a cheerful space. After a long day at work, unwind in the peaceful ambience, and float into a deep sleep in the fluffy pillow top beds.

The primary bedroom has a pillow-top king size bed, and the secondary bedroom has a pillow-top queen size bed. There is LOTS of closet space! There is a smart TV in the living room, as well as a dedicated workspace and hi-speed wi-fi. The dining room is spacious and open to the kitchen. There is also a coffee nook, fully stocked with cream and sugar (and coffee is stored in the freezer). There is a full laundry closet next to the bathroom, stocked with laundry soaps and dryer sheets. Plenty of well-lit parking is available next to the cottage.

The whole house and little backyard is exclusive to guests.

This is a mixed-use neighborhood, small businesses and residential. This cottage is located behind a boutique and salon.

You’ll really need your own vehicle. Ride share is available but service is spotty.

EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS: Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, please make your request for early check-in before 10am. Approvals are not guaranteed and are pending communication with the cleaning/maintenance team. If approved, there will be an additional $25 fee.

LATE CHECK OUT REQUESTS: Late check out requests up to 2pm can only be accommodated with prior notification so that I can book my professional cleaning team accordingly. Requests must be made before 5:00 pm the day before check-out. There will be an additional $35 fee (if approved). Approvals are not guaranteed and are pending communication with the cleaning/maintenance team. If you are late checking out without approval, then there will be an additional $75 fee for checking out late. For a departure after 2pm, a full 1 night charge is added.
1. ISSUES/CONCERNS/BREAKAGE: Please report any issues to me via email, booking channel messages, or text so that I can promptly attend to them.
2. PETS ARE ALLOWED: $125 fee
3. SMOKING, VAPING, and E-CIGS: Please do not smoke or vape anywhere inside the cottage. $300 fee if a guest smokes/vapes in the home.
4. NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED: If a party is hosted in the home, there will be a $500 fee added to your billing. If a noise violation is reported to authorities, that is cause for immediate termination of the booking, and a $500 fee via your booking channel payment method.
5. Ruined linens (bed or bath) will incur a replacement charge via your booking channel payment method.
