The unit Downstairs has one bedroom with a queen bed plus a hall bathroom with shower and also a living room and kitchen to boot! Upstairs this gem boasts four bedrooms with two of those being Private Suites so plenty of room for the whole family at the GK! Park the boat(s) in back on the canal then retire up to the spacious deck over the boat slips for a nice view of the canal activities or relax in the outdoor furniture while you watch the dolphins in front where the porch faces the ICW. This beautiful bay home has other amenities which include and Ice Machine and Freezer available for your use. One of a kind Waterfront Home for a one of a kind coastal experience! (Note Lot to the East is Private Property please don't trespass.)

Important Occupancy Rules
Due to community restrictions, your party can have no more than 8 adults and 4 children under the age of 13.

Rental includes bed and bath linens, hand soap, bar soap, dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent (where applicable). Linens are limited to those on hand. Many properties have washers and dryers, plus there are convenient laundry facilities in Port O'Connor. For longer stays, you can request an optional housekeeping/laundry service. GUESTS SHOULD BRING WITH THEM THE FOLLOWING: personal toiletries, beach towels, food, and paper towels, if desired. Provided linens cannot be removed or used outside the property.

TRAVEL PROTECTION: If you have an unexpected issue and need to cancel or change dates for your trip or if we have a rain event from weather threats like thunderstorms, cold fronts or hurricanes and you are wondering about rescheduling or moving dates or cancelling we recommend TRIP INSURANCE or TRAVEL PROTECTION to cover these issues.
