- There is an optional pool heat fee of $45/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay). If you would like to have the pool heated during your stay, please reach out to the Guest Contact as soon as possible
- The pool is solar-heated. On sunny days, the pool will warm up, but without sufficient sunlight, it cannot be heated
- The private spa and pool cannot be heated simultaneously. Heating both of these at the same time will cause the heating motor to malfunction
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located at the front of the home facing the front entrance, and 2 cameras are located on the side of the home facing the driveway/street. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras are activated by motion and will record video and sound while guests are in residence
- The property may not be suitable for children due to the unfenced pool
- The hot tub is currently under repair
