A restored former barn, adjoining the owner's house, located in the heart of the countryside, 25 km from the beaches of Pornic and 25 km from Nantes.

Enclosed 500 m² garden with a tiled terrace (west-facing) and a shared 3-hectare wooded park with a 1-hectare pond (fishing permitted).
Unheated 11x5m swimming pool open from the beginning of June to the end of September (shared with the owner), swing set, ping-pong table, and pétanque court available.
Ground floor (one step at the entrance): Living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms (1: one double bed 140x190cm, 2: one double bed 140x190cm and one single bed 90x190cm), bathroom, and separate WC (one step to access bedroom 1, the bathroom, and the WC).
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, DVD player, and baby equipment (cot, high chair, baby bath, changing mat). Included: air source heat pump heating (Oct. to Apr.), electricity.
Not included: bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, and tourist tax.
