'Het huis ligt in het rustige noorden van het eiland, uit de drukte. Dat vond ik heel prettig. Verder is het een comfortabel verblijf met goede bedden, drie badkamers, airco, een fijne veranda met prachtig uitzicht en niet te vergeten de dagelijkse huishoudelijke hulp die ook de was doet.'

Niet iedereen aan de receptie was even vriendelijk, niettegenstaande de prijs/nacht toch al hoog is, vraagt het hotel een meerprijs voor alles. Men kan beter wat meer betalen en verblijven in het Coral Reef Club hotel wat er juist naast ligt. '

'Spent 5 days at the Club and would recommend looking at other locations. This resort is OLD and TIRED! The furniture in the rooms are just barely hanging on, the beds are horribly uncomfortable. All the chairs felt like they would collapse at any moment. The bathrooms are small and the showers are dark & dank. There is so much build up in the tiles would recommend wearing shower shoes. The resort is three floors with no elevator. The pools are small and dirty, everyday there was junk/gunk...

Have to do more about keeping the birds at bey in the dining room. They were much too aggressive and had too much open access to the buffet presenting potential health concerns. 'Our first trip to Barbados and we chose the Royalton Essence. Its a brand new resort and so we got a big discount for coming during soft launch. The report is amazing with beautiful rooms and a swimable beach great for snorkeling. The staff are the highlight of the resort. The people are amazingly friendly and they go above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. There is entertainment throughout the day and at night. Everyone we met had a great time. We will be back!'

'I booked this apartment late afternoon, and arrived promptly after booking. The host Greg was fantastic. He was friendly and extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. He made sure I had everything I needed and settled me into the apartment with all the info I needed. WiFi was fast and there was a smart tv too to watch Netflix or Amazon prime. Shower was great.
