    King's Landing, een 5 slaapkamers, nieuw gebouwd huis (2013) die wacht huurders om te genieten en terug te keren naar jaar na jaar. Dit huis heeft een frisse, nieuwe sfeer en de eigenaren hebben geprobeerd om rekening te houden met alles wat een huurder zou kunnen nodig hebben om hun verblijf te genieten.


    De open garage gebied biedt ruimschoots ruimte voor veel auto's te parkeren. Er is ook een opslagruimte voor huurders te slaan hun strandstoelen, parasols, koelers zwembad is toegankelijk vanuit de garage gebied. Het zwembad is omheind met stoelen en tafels om te ontspannen. Er is ook een gas barbecue voorzien in het zwembad van het huis.


    Op de eerste verdieping van het huis vindt u: Een koning slaapkamer met een complete badkamer en een eigen toegang tot de golf uitzicht dek. Een koningin slaapkamer met badkamer (alleen douche) en toegang tot de Golf uitzicht dek. Een stapelbed kamer met 2 sets van stapelbedden en een koningin slaapkamer. Er is nog een complete badkamer en toegang tot het uitzicht op de baai dek.


    De tweede verdieping van het King's Landing heeft uw keuken / woon / eetgedeelte. Er zijn een prachtig uitzicht !! Er is ook een andere koning slaapkamer met een complete badkamer naast de keuken. Deze kamer heeft uitzicht op St. Joseph's Bay.


    Dit huis is voorzien van gratis WiFi / internet en gratis lange afstand. Er zijn tv's in elke slaapkamer en genoeg ruimte voor iedereen om te eten. De eetkamer tafel stoelen 8, is er een bar, die 4 zetels en een tafel buiten op het dek dat 4 zetels. Er zijn ook 2 prachtige schommelstoelen op het bovenste dek om te ontspannen en kijken naar de prachtige zonsondergangen. Wij hopen dat u komen en bezoek dit huis. Ons doel is dat je zal voelen als een koning of koningin LANDING!

This home is a great value for the price. It is starting to show its age in the beds, tvs, grills, coffee maker, etc. but for the price it was worth the inconveniences. The size was perfect for our crew and the great room was very spacious with plenty of seating in the living area and dining area. The kitchen had all of the baking dishes we needed to prepare meals for our family of 8. Communication with the property manager was not great but I’m sure this is their busy time so we just moved on and solved issues on our own. If we decide to return to Cape San Blas next year we would stay here again.

The elevator was extremely nice, we had in laws who would have had a difficult time going up the 3 flights of stairs. The home was big enough to accommodate our family of 7, and our dog.The management company was great. They were very responsive. There was a problem with the a/c that occurred. The temp reached 80 degrees. They were able to fix it the following day, however, we did have to endure the heat for an evening & overnight.Even though the photos showed televisions in every room, the only tv with streaming capabilities was in the main living area. No other televisions were able to be utilized. All televisions were outdated. The home is beautiful, however, it is clear the owners are not making needed capital improvements on their property.The pool was great to have, however, the area surrounding the pool needs updates. Weeds around the pool, tiles had fallen off and were stacked in the back area.We enjoyed several restaurants in Port St Joe. We also traveled to Apalachicola and St George Island. We absolutely loved this area of Florida. And we loved that it was not overcrowded.Overall, we enjoyed coming to Cape San Blas. We would probably search for a more updated property if we were to return.

The grandkids were able to ride their bikes to get ice cream. I dealt with Brittany from Coastal Joe and she was very professional and helpful. We only had a couple of problems with things (i.e. tv, loose rails on pool) and they were addressed quickly and professionally.

Great having the elevator to send all the supplies up. My husband has a hard time with stairs so he really appreciated the elevator too. All in all it was a great house and I would stay there again.

Fantastic Quiet Getaway

We were seeking a beach that would be quiet, and the location was perfect. The beach access was directly across the street, making getting down to the beach a breeze. The street is quiet and there are several undeveloped lots, meaning the beach was never crowded and there weren't other beach goers within 30 feet of us. The house stairs were intimidating at first, but we found we didn't use the elevator all week. The sunsets were fantastic from the porch. The kitchen was well stocked including an instapot and a crockpot. We enjoyed walking to the Trading Post and to St. Joe Shrimp Co for delicious steamed seafood. We would definitely like to return.

Disappointing

Reviewer Comments: Although not directly on beach, this home had easy access and we could see the ocean. The living and dining area and the bathroom were nice and we really enjoyed the screened in porch. The kitchen was well stocked although some cookware was dirty. Cleaning could have been more thorough. Now for the not so good part. We had roaches, which we reported and an exterminator came. One of the gates to the pool was broken and I called and it was repaired that day. What was very disappointing was that we had an awful odor in the refrigerator, which I also reported. I was told that all that could be done for this was to give us baking soda. We got two boxes, but the odor was still there, all week long. We brought our boat and the incline of the driveway to the house caused the boat to drag, which also happened with a van.

Since one member of our family relies on her wheelchair to be mobile, the elevator made our family beach trip possible at King's Landing. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd year at King's Landing and we have booked again for next summer. We had a maintenance issue with a door that never got resolved and figuring out how to work all TV's is always an issue, but all in all a very pleasant stay.
