🚿🧺The main bath is fitted with a shower/tub combo and the laundry room features GE Profile appliances, laundry baskets, along with pool/beach towels and a starter set of laundry pods and dryer sheets.
👶Traveling with little one in tow? You'll find a portable pack-n-play and high-chair to help make your visit a little easier and more comfortable!

🏖️☀️Venturing outside, we have a stocked garage, filled with gear and equipment for your outdoor adventures. Pack up the beach wagon with beach chairs and sand toys, fill the portable cooler with your snacks and drinks for the day, play outdoor games, or enjoy a bike ride through the community to the pools and the boardwalks. A propane grill is available when you are ready for some outdoor cooking.

🐶Our home is dog friendly. $200 fee with a maximum number of 2 dogs. Dog/s must be well-trained, house broken, and crated when left unattended. Dogs must be current with their vaccinations. Per Gulf County ordinance and HOA rules, pets are required to be leashed at all times.
🏠Our home is in a newly built community that is still growing with ongoing construction. There are several landscaped ponds (not for recreational use), large areas dedicated to nature preserve, and miles of deeded beach access (no lifeguards on duty at the beach or the community pools). We have no control over the many forms of wildlife in the area.
