Welcome to the beach house of your dreams! This brand new, single-level, custom-built home is located on beautiful Cape San Blas, Florida, and is ready to be your next home away from home. You will be situated in the Ocean Haven subdivision and only 200 steps to the white sandy beaches. The enclosed outdoor shower will work wonders when you come back home from the beach.

Outdoor living is a huge deal here! The oversized front porch overlooks St. Joe Bay and the back porch overlooks the private pool, which features a wet tanning ledge and a generous deck. The front porch has custom-built seating you will enjoy, while the back porch has a propane grill and a new dining table, chairs, and a bench - perfect for alfresco dining!

This gorgeous home boasts a sunny and airy open floor plan seamlessly combining the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The kitchen is complete with new appliances, including a wine refrigerator. There is plenty of counter space to work on, so put on the chef's apron and let your creativity flow! Then, once mealtime is over, gather in the living area to unwind and watch a favorite series on the large smart TV by utilizing your streaming login. This area offers comfortable sofas throughout. The back living area near the bunk room offers a second space for both kids and adults to relax, watch TV, read, and play games.

This home is ideal for families traveling with kids! There is a bedroom with three bunk beds and a full-size bath right next door. Additionally, you will find a Pack N' Play, a highchair, and kid-friendly dinnerware, games, and books. Three of the four bedrooms have custom-designed en suite baths and all bedrooms have large smart TVs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
