The space:

Step into a spacious and beautifully decorated living space that opens onto a private balcony, where couch seating and cushioned loungers invite you to relax. Picture yourself enjoying a morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico, or unwinding with a glass of wine as you take in the stunning sunsets from your personal haven.

The master bedroom features a king bed and offers direct Gulf views. It includes an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious tub and a step-in shower, providing a spa-like retreat. The second bedroom also boasts a king bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The third bedroom is perfect for families or groups, with two sets of twin beds (four single beds total) and a view of the community pool. The second bathroom is conveniently located near the bunk room and also overlooks the pool.

Sandy Finns is adorned with peaceful hues and coastal decor, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. Let's not forget the comfortable living room and fully equipped kitchen to offer you convenience and options to relax, cook, and dine in after a long day in the sun.

Guests have free access to the communal pool and hot tub. You have direct beach access via the community boardwalk.

- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.

-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.

​​​​​​​- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

- We're excited to host you! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide containing everything you need for a seamless stay. This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home. Additionally, the guide features area attractions, local recommendations, and amenities to help you make the most of your stay.
