Soft breezes drift in from the Gulf as you step onto a deck overlooking the water, the sound of waves setting an easy coastal rhythm. Mornings begin with the glow of daylight reflecting across nearby shoreline, and evenings settle into calm moments beside a crackling fire pit or on a quiet balcony with a view toward the sea. This beach home offers a setting where you can unwind, explore, and enjoy time close to the coast year-round.

Sleeping arrangements
This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is designed to accommodate up to 8 guests with comfort and space to spread out. On the ground level, a bedroom with a daybed and trundle provides two twin beds and convenient access to the pool area. The mid-level features a master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bath, and direct entry to a gulf-view balcony. Two additional bedrooms each include queen beds, storage, and Smart TVs. A full bath with double vanities and a tub-shower combo completes this floor.

Outdoor living
You are just 300 steps from the beach and have your own private outdoor space to return to after a day on the sand. The fully fenced backyard includes lounge seating, an outdoor dining area, and a fire pit for relaxed evenings. A private outdoor pool is available all year, open 24 hours, with heating offered from October to March for an additional fee. An outdoor shower provides a refreshing rinse after beach time, and two decks overlook the Gulf of Mexico. The upper deck includes a gas BBQ grill for meals enjoyed in the open air.

Kitchen & dining
The top-floor living area brings together the kitchen, dining, and lounge space with gulf views as its backdrop. The kitchen includes cooking basics, a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and other stainless steel appliances, along with counter seating for four. The dining table seats six, creating an easy flow for shared meals and conversation.

Comfort & amenities
Inside, you will find central air conditioning, heating, a ceiling fan, high-speed WiFi, and a dedicated workspace in a common area. A free washer and dryer are available in-unit, along with bathroom essentials, bed linens, hangers, extra pillows and blankets, and an iron. Entertainment options include a 75 inch HDTV with standard cable and a variety of board games. Family-friendly features include a crib, Pack 'n Play, baby safety gates, and children's books and toys. Exterior security cameras are installed on the property for safety, with none inside the home.

Pet-friendly stay
This pet-friendly home welcomes up to two pets with prior approval and a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. Assistance animals are always allowed. The fenced backyard offers space for pets to enjoy time outdoors by your side.

Neighborhood
Set in the St. Joe Beach and Mexico Beach area, the home provides quick access to shoreline walks, local restaurants, and scenic coastal drives. You will be within easy reach of Mexico Beach, downtown Port St. Joe, and Cape San Blas, with beach access and outdoor recreation close at hand.

The house has stairs to each level. There is NOT an elevator.

Additionally, there is a pack-and-play available for use as a crib. We also provide a strap-on high chair and two baby gates.

Smart TVs in every bedroom and living room allowing you to stream your favorite shows.

Prior approval is needed for pets, with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. Pets must be well-behaved and house-trained. Pets may not be left unattended in the house at any time unless they are in a crate. Pets are not permitted on the furniture.

All pet droppings MUST be cleaned up or there will be an additional charge through your deposit.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING /VAPING/HOOKAH OR DRUGS ALLOWED in the house. Any evidence will be subject to a fine.

*Weather Related Refunds* - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.


This home is a smoke-free home and premises. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises.

You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay.

SELF CHECK IN-I will provide you with a door code the day before check-in.

PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THE TIME CONSTRAINTS FOR THE CLEANING CREW. ANY DELAY AFTER 10:15 AM (EASTERN) WILL INCUR A $50 LATE FEE FOR EVERY 5 MINUTES.


For the safety of everyone, we have installed a RING doorbell at the front door to monitor the parking area. Please be assured that there are no other cameras inside the residence.

The house has stairs to the 3 bedrooms, bathrooms living room, kitchen area and a 4th bedroom on the lower floor as you enter the house.

We provide beach chairs, beach umbrella and a beach buggy and beach/pool towels.

We provide the initial roll of toilet paper, paper towels and a few trash bags. We also provide towels to shower and clean, fresh linen and bedding.

We have listed that we have a pack-and-play that can be used as a crib.

We have 2 baby gates in the upstairs closet for the safety of your small child.

We have a small, strap-on-baby highchair for your infant.

We have several board games for your enjoyment.

We do not provide the propane for the gas grill. If you use it, please be considerate to refill it for the next guests. Thank You!
