DETAILS: Amazing amenities meet spectacular location! Purple Piper is a stunning 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home with Gulf views on beautiful Cape San Blas that sleeps 11. Perfect for family gatherings, this beautiful coastal property boasts indoor and outdoor dining areas, an upper deck with beautiful Gulf views, and access to the community pool next door. Beach access is less than a 5-minute walk away via a community boardwalk at the end of the street!

The ground level of this stilted home greets guests with a convenient outdoor space. Use the sink to clean off the fresh catch of the day before grilling it up on the grill. Rinse off in the private outdoor shower after a long day at the beach. A large ground-level entryway provides plenty of space to hang wet towels and clothes.

An open-concept great room welcomes guests onto the main floor, where the living, dining, and kitchen areas seamlessly blend. An oversized sectional and plush armchairs provide plenty of seating for a fun movie night as friends and family gather around the flatscreen TV. The well-equipped kitchen includes an air-fryer-capable oven and a commercial-capacity ice machine—perfect for large families. The quaint dining area offers a mix of chair and bench seating for 8, while the sizeable breakfast bar seats 4 more. A covered deck with an outdoor television and alfresco dining table seats 10, with stair access to the lower level. The front deck features casual seating for breathtaking sunset views. A queen bedroom with a workspace completes the interior on this level.

Guests can relax and unwind on the upper level of this home, where a cozy loft, nearby wet bar, and gorgeous covered balcony boast South Cape views. The 3 remaining bedrooms are located on this floor—2 guest bedrooms with king beds and 1 bunk room with an extra-large twin-over-full bed and a twin-over-twin bed. There's also a laundry room for added convenience.

Sea and Sand

We had a family get together for a week in Port San Blas at the Purple Piper. Lots for room for our party of 7. Plenty of seating in Family room for movies and breakfast and dinner. Short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Nice quite neighborhood, we would recommend

Great house and location!

We were traveling with 4 separate families from 3 yr old to 60 yr old, three generations and found the house to fit all of us comfortably ! Beach is a 5 minute walk and the pool next door was added bonus. We stayed during the hurricane Milton and had some street flooding issues that were a challenge but nothing anyone can do about mother nature. Loved the open living/kitchen/dining space and house was nicer than advertised. We had everything and more to stay home and cook most of our meals. We liked the remoteness of the house...it is 15-20 minutes to a grocery store and restaurants are limited in the area but we like the beach and staying at the house so it was great for us! Thanks for a memorable vacation!

The *PERFECT* Purple Piper

This trip was hands down the best family vacation. We had never visited the Cape and we all fell in love instantly! Also, the Purple Piper was absolutely stunning. PROS: ~Being right beside the pool. ~The aesthetics of the home, impeccable decorating. ~Small neighborhood so it didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. ~The porches were so pleasant. ~Plenty of room for our Family of 10 to spread out. ~Uncrowded beach area ~Close to Protected Land ~Very well stocked kitchen, with the MOST EPIC Ninja coffee maker. CONS: ~boardwalk doesn’t extend over the sand dunes and it’s tiring getting to the beach spot if you have a lot of stuff for the whole family. ~No elevator access. It wasn’t as bad after arrival day, but we were all struggling in the heat trying to get all of our things up to the 2nd & 3rd Floors. Bringing in groceries wasn’t pleasant either. We all said it would be the perfect house if it had a lift system. ~I believe the hot water ran out a little bit during our stay, it wasn’t consistent. The hot water didn’t work in the kitchen, but I should’ve called the Property Manager, and I did not. So just make note of it and get in touch with 360 Blue. Overall, this was an incredible stay and we fell in love with the area and the Purple Piper.

Multi Generational trip

The property is beautiful. Quiet street and beach, just what we wanted. Shared pool next door was a great amenity. Starting with the entrance there’s everything you need from fish sink and outdoor shower to a plug in for your car. Wide staircase which is great. The open floor plan and kitchen are wonderful and we all felt like we had private space. Everything you need. Beds super comfy. Balconies were provided my favorite part. If you have small kids the reading nook upstairs is full of books and toys for them. Nice yard for pets. We would return to stay again!
