Footprints in the Sand is a stunning 3 BR/3.5 BA Gulf front townhome in Barrier Dunes boasting a sleek, clean, modern look with panoramic views of the Gulf from all three levels!!

The spacious first level of this home has tile flooring and contemporary furnishings in an open concept living, dining, kitchen area, along with a half bath. The living room has barrel swivel chairs with an ottoman, a sectional sofa, and a 60" smart TV. The open deck off the living room has plenty of seating where you'll enjoy the panoramic gulf views and stunning sunsets unique to this part of the Cape. There is also a gas grill for your convenience.

The well-stocked kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and plenty of amenities such as: a coffee maker, blender, electric can opener, mixing bowls, Pyrex dishes, bakeware, pots and pans, dinnerware, glassware, wine glasses, etc. This kitchen has everything you need to prepare any of your meals in the unit so that you can maximize your beach time.

The second level of Footprints in the Sand has two spacious queen bedrooms - each one has a full ensuite bathroom with a tiled, walk-in shower. Both bedrooms are carpeted and have a large wall-mounted TV, full size closets with custom organizers, along with their own private balcony - one has a spectacular gulf view. Each bedroom has custom window treatments to allow guests to make each room dark & cozy to relax and sleep in. One of the bedrooms has a chair that folds out into a small single bed. Also on this level is a laundry closet with a full-size washer & dryer.

The third level of this townhome is a wonderful, private master suite. This peaceful retreat has a comfortable king bed, is carpeted, has a large wall-mounted TV, two nightstands, a small sofa, a dedicated a/c unit, and custom window treatments that keep the light low if you want to have a late, lazy morning. Off of the bedroom is a large ensuite tiled bathroom with two separate vanities, a water closet, and a large tiled shower with a bench. There is also an oversized walk-in closet with custom organizers. This suite opens onto a private deck with a bar height table and two chairs to sit and enjoy the amazing panoramic gulf view.

For guests traveling with a small child, there is a pack and play (sheets not provided) and high chair for your convenience.

Barrier Dunes is a great community for guests of all ages. The streets are safe for everyone to walk or ride bikes. There are three beach access points, two community swimming pools, two tennis/pickleball courts, a wonderful playground with new equipment, and several ponds, where kids love to feed the turtles.
