Needs some TLC
When we first arrived, there was trash in the driveway, bottles and empty packs of sunflower seeds. We entered the house easily with the code and everything seemed to check out as identifid in the booking but I did notice the Queen bed had a slant to it. As we unpacked, we started to smell this awful scent, and looked for the culprit. It was a full kitchen trash can under the enclosed area with what I believe to be the last guest trash and dog waste. We also noticed a bed egg crate with the sheets still on it in the enclosed area. As we explored the house and the outside area, the fenced in area was entirely enclosed (which I was grateful for) but there was cracked egg shells thrown right off the back porch into the yard. Dirty tongs were also still on the grill from previous user. Later that evening, I got into the shower to find a good size crack on floor of the shower and the shower flooring was very flimsy and felt like you could go through it. Also dealt with the hot water going out and having to shut the cold water off until it got hot again. All of our showers afterwards were completed in the outdoor shower which we did love and didnt have to worry about hot or cold issues. I really wanted to love this place because it was cute and location was reasonable but there were alot of small issues that cleaning and some tlc to the property could have made for a great stay.
