Dit fantastische kusthuis is precies wat je nodig hebt voor je volgende vakantie naar het paradijs. Deze ruime en open verhuur beschikt over een goed uitgeruste keuken, verschillende recente updates en veel ruimte voor het hele gezin. De gemeubileerde privépatio is de perfecte plek om te ontspannen na een lange dag spetteren in uw zwembad, en u zult zeker genieten van het koken van diner bij het zwembad op uw gasgrill.

Slechts een steenworp afstand van het strand, kunt u gaan vissen aan de kust, beschietingen, zwemmen en nog veel meer. Mis minder dan een halve mijl afstand en mis geen gelegenheid om de lokale favoriete Shipwreck Raw Bar te bezoeken voor fantastische zeevruchten. Deze verhuur is ook gelegen op slechts zeven mijl van het centrum van Port Saint Joe, met veel geweldige lokale opties om te winkelen, dineren en entertainment.

Opmerkingen over parkeren: oprit parkeren

Toegang tot water: voor toegang tot het strand, loop Balboa op, steek snelweg 98 over en volg het voetpad naar het strand. Geen pasjes of codes vereist. Vreugdevuren zijn ook toegestaan op St Joe Beach en moeten op 100 meter afstand liggen van eventuele structuren en duinen. Eenmaal voltooid, moet het hout van het strand worden verwijderd of worden begraven.

Nice, clean house. Super AC! Had issues getting gas grill to work. Finally gave up. Realized dishwasher didn't work first morning we were there. It was full of dirty dishes from previous guest. Contacted management. The "local team" never reached out or corrected issue. Spent trip hand washing dishes for family of 6. Kind of a bummer. Nice pool area but the lounge chairs were all pretty much rusted out. So be careful sitting in those. The listing seems intentionally vague on 3rd bedroom. It is separate from main house. So if travelling with young children, 3rd bedroom is not able to be utilized. Ate oysters in Eastpoint. Really enjoyed the beaches. Visited Cape San Blas as well. Beautiful and laid back.

Likes and dislikes

The bad: We received the door code by text, unfortunately, it did not specify that it was for the door upstairs. It took us several phone calls to actually get into the house. The pool, which was the reason we picked this house, had two bandages in the pool. It was very upsetting being that we had two children that were looking forward to swimming. The pool skimmer’s netting was torn off so we couldn’t clean the pool. We called for two days trying to get the property manager to have someone come clean the pool. The pool lady showed up on her own, because of regular routine cleaning, not because the manager had called her in so who knows how long it would have taken to get this handled otherwise. Above all, we were very upset to have lost two days of swimming and that the manager did not get the issue handled in a timely manner. The toilet in the master bathroom runs and you have to work on it after each use. This has been a complaint before but apparently has not been fixed. The good: The location was excellent. It was a very short walk to the beach. You have a Dollar General and gas station close by. The rooms are roomy, front porch is nice and pool area is amazing. All in all, we would definitely stay here again. The owners just need to fix a few minor things and the property manager needs to be more responsive.

cute space...

cute house, super close to the beach and good food. nice space. several lights out, none of the TVs work, including the one outside. landscaping in the rear needs some help. no extra trashcan liners and only 1 dish towel. all of this would be acceptable for a 1night stay, but not for multi-night, multi-person weekend.

Only portions of property are “pet friendly”

You listed property as “pet friendly” and yet do not allow pets in the fenced in pool area. This area was the main reason we rented this property and we were unable to utilize it due to your no pet policy. I feel that in the future this needs to be made clear from the start! My dog is a member of my family and I wouldn’t even entertain the idea of leaving him in your house on his own while I enjoyed the outdoor patio area. That to me is unacceptable! Also the house and cooking utensils definitely could have been cleaner.

Wonderful Experience!

Property exactly as described! Wonderful house that is walking distance to the beach, so close that our family went back and forth multiple times per day! The pool and who fenced in patio area was wonderful and relaxing! We even had a 1 year old puppy with us and it was perfect! Would (and probably will!) stay here again! Lots of good food nearby, Shipwreck Raw Bar just a couple blocks away with great food, service, and prices. Do yourself a favor and stay here! Beautiful property in a beautiful and quiet little town!

Nice and quiet

This house was exactly what we wanted. The pool was perfect, although you can not view the pool at all from upstairs in the main living space. It does need a few little things: some light bulbs were blown, I had to go buy hangers for our clothes to hang in the closet, curtains in bedrooms (they just have blinds so when the sun comes up there is no sleeping in) But we would for sure stay here again! Nice and quiet neighborhood, plenty of room, and the pool and back yard was perfect!!!

Great Getaway

We made a last minute decision to get away and needed somewhere that was pet friendly. This property had everything we needed. Plenty of space, private pool and only a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. It was a wonderful trip and we would stay here again.

Wonderful Time

Felt like home! Place does need a good deep cleaning all around including outside. Make sure if your watching TVs in the bedrooms you bring your own streaming sticks and cords. Had a wonderful time, my son especially loved this house.

Much needed R & R

The place is awesome, beach in the mornings and the pool in the afternoon. Kitchen well stocked with dishes. cookware and small appliances. Definitely would consider re-booking. Being honest the only thing that disappointed us was the surveillance cameras pointed at the pool.

Convenient location and good communication

There were some issues, but most of them were addressed quickly by the property manager. The backyard hadn't been mowed in weeks, which might not be that much of an issue, but if you're bringing a dog, it's something you should be aware of. Also be aware the wood deck by the pool is rough. My kids got splinters in their feet multiple times. The property and location were good, but a little fine-tuning would make it great. Property manager was A+.

Great overall stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is in very close proximity to the beach and the kids loved having a pool in the backyard. Unfortunately the outdoor patio lights were not working so we were unable to use the outdoor area as much as we would have liked. The bed in the downstairs apartment room is a little small for two adults and I would not put kids in there, as it is not connected to the shared living spaces. With all of that said, we had a great time and the house provided everything we needed to have a wonderful week. And although not much could be done about the lights, as it was a holiday week, Patrick was very quick to respond to my questions and come take a look!

It would have been nice to have had the yard mowed/weeded so that the pool area could have been more comfortable. Whatever the issue with the city digging the hole up was very unfortunate for us as there was a bad smell and very loud pounding in repairing the lid. We basically lost that day at the pool for noise and odor.not your fault but bothersome to us. Loved all else. Thanks
