Flamingo Cove is located in a 6 unit complex on the ocean side of Hwy 98. We own 4 of the 6 units so please inquiry if you'd like to rent more than just Flamingo Cove.

Guests will have access to the whole condo unit.

Our property is a one-bedroom condo in a complex of six. It features an open concept layout with a spacious living area that includes a fully stocked kitchen, a dining room with a bar cart, and a living room with seating for four people and a Roku TV. The views from the main living area are absolutely amazing.

As you continue through the condo, you'll find a washer and dryer available for guests to use with complimentary detergent. The bathroom has recently been updated and includes a new shower with complimentary bath products and plush robes. Our fluffy towels are a dream to use.

The main bedroom is a haven with a king-sized bed, plenty of space to spread out, and all new linens.

At Pitzer-Properties, we go the extra mile by providing beach towels, beach chairs, and a new, easy-to-use shade cover to enjoy the beach.

We also have supplies ready for your four-legged friend, including a bed, their own towels, poop bags, and bowls.

Our coffee station includes a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig with complimentary coffee and tea. We also supply all the condiments you might desire, as well as a whisk to whip up your perfect cup of coffee.

Our kitchen has everything you need if you decide to stay in and cook a good meal. A dishwasher with detergent is available to make clean-up easy, and our bar cart is stocked with all the necessary items to make a great cocktail - just bring the alcohol. There are also king cubes in the freezer for your drinks!

Our balcony has a privacy screen that can be used if desired, as well as an electric grill and seating to watch our amazing sunsets.

Pack your bathing suit and come relax in our little slice of heaven.

Parking is available under the unit. Flamingo Cove is unit 6 which has limited parking. One car will fit in it's place. You may park extra cars/boat on the left or right side of the complex no problem.

Our pet fee is $175 for up to 2 dogs at this location. Please add the pets to the reservation so that it will trigger the fee to be added or you can reach out to us after booking and we can add it for you.

- Pet Rules: We kindly ask that dogs do not get on the bed or the uncovered couch. Please refrain from using white towels for the dogs. We have provided a basket of pet supplies, including dog towels and a couch cover, as well as a dog bed, bowls, and dog shampoo for your convenience. If your pet has an accident, we ask that you clean it up immediately - there are cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink.

Our home is UPSTAIRS which makes for an amazing sunset view!

- Please refrain from cleaning fish on the balcony or inside the home.

- Please refrain from smoking inside the home.

-We HIGHLY encourage guests to purchase traveler's insurance during hurricane season. (Hurricane Season in Florida is June 1st through November 30th) We proudly offer an option through a trusted company called Faye. Guests have the OPTION to purchase this additional service through our Owner's Marketplace.

We keep a plastic bin of water at the door for humans and dogs to rinse off sand.

We provide up to 2 beach chairs and one umbrella.

- Parts of the year it is comfortable to have the doors open and we encourage this for clean air quality. Yet parts of the year the humidity is so high we ask that you do not leave the door open because it puts stress on the AC. So please if you have the air conditioning on do not have the doors open.
