Please be aware that this condo building is undergoing a roof replacement as well as other necessary repairs and improvements that are estimated to last until July.  During this time, there could be excess noise, construction activity, and people during business hours.  Per the Board of Directors at Summerhouse Condominium, the pool access is not guaranteed during this period. The Association is unable to accommodate individual requests or make special arrangements regarding pool availability while construction is ongoing.  We appreciate your understanding, and additional updates will be provided as conditions change.

The community pool and hot tub can be found on the second floor of the building, offering a great view of the beach. Restrooms and even a sauna are available on the pool deck for your convenience. The parkside grill on the ground floor of the complex is available for Summerhouse guests' use.

A little housekeeping on the property: there is one designated parking spot for the unit and a guest parking lot; however, no boats, jet skis or trailers are allowed. Please do not hang your towels from balcony or leave items in the hallways. Also, pets are not welcome on site.
