"The Nest" Beach House in Mexico Beach met uitzicht op de Golf en slechts 100 stappen naar zand!

Onlangs gerenoveerd na orkaan Michael. Strandhuis "The Nest" is terug en klaar voor verhuur. Veel van onze favoriete restaurants zijn open, evenals de plaatselijke supermarkt in PSJ. Geniet van het mooie weer in Florida en de beroemde diervriendelijke stranden met wit zand. Dit huisje is schattig. Ontspan op het scherm veranda onder een koele fan bries en kijk naar de golven, de zonsondergangen en de schoonheid van de Golf van Florida! Nooit opraken van ijs met de ijsmachine met groot volume. Klaar voor de strandkoeler! Geniet van de gloednieuwe enorme privacy buitendouche. Perfect voor het wassen van de kinderen of huisdieren na een lange dag op het strand.

Loop stappen naar een van 's werelds meest ongelooflijke, huisdiervriendelijke witte zandstranden. Vissen vanaf het strand, of breng / huur een boot. Nieuwe boothelling rechts langs de weg. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor trailer en boot!

**** We kunnen 26 "STRAND CRUISER fietsen met aluminium frames huren voor $ 50 per week per fiets.

Laat het me van tevoren weten als je geïnteresseerd bent in wekelijkse fietsverhuur.

Geniet van winkelen in leuke winkeltjes voor unieke geschenken en lokale kunst. Eet de lekkerste zeevruchten die je overal vindt.

Ga sjokken, krabben, snorkelen of gewoon op ons rustige strand zitten en een goed boek lezen!

Panama City ligt op 24 mijl naar het westen, Mexico Beach ligt op 1/4 mijl naar het westen, Port St. Joe is 12 mijl naar het oosten, en Apalachicola is 35 mijl naar het oosten.

Fantastic Rental

Our host was fantastic! We had a small issue with the door, got in touch with Kevin (our host), he responded immediately. The location is great, so close to the beach, the rental is beautiful. Loved that we were able to take our fur boy with us. We took Kevin's recommendations on restaurants and food trucks in the area and they were all delicious. Beautiful, quiet, friendly neighborhood. We will be returning to the "Nest". Thanks so much, Kevin!

The Nest is the best!

Our 53 day stay was amazing. We were a block away from the Gulf. We could see sunset on our screened in porch. The house itself was bright and sunny! We cook at home more than go out, and every thing we needed to do that was there. When we had a question, Kevin was on top of it, planning to return!

Long Weekend Fishing Trip

Great Location, very clean! Went down for a 3 day fishing trip with 2 friends and really enjoyed the place. Very convenient to boat ramp and restaurants. Would definitely come back!

Perfect cozy beach house!

We loved our stay at The Nest! Kevin was super responsive before and during our stay with any questions or needs that came up, and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. The location couldn't have been better -- so easy to go back and forth to the super close beach access. The house was cozy but plenty spacious for our family of five. The ice maker was a small addition that made a big impact in ease of packing up for the beach and never running out of ice! It was also great to have use of the beach wagon, chairs, and toys, as we didn't have to bring our bulky cart with us. Best of all, this was our first pet-friendly stay, and it was so great having our pup with us! One note: doors are all slatted (including bathroom doors), I'm assuming to help with air circulation. This was not a problem for us, but could be an issue for anyone needing more privacy. Overall would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

The house was clean and comfortable, well stocked with what one would have in his home. The property manager was very responsive to an AC problem, and I was particularly impressed with the icemaker. It save me the task of running for ice each day to keep my oysters happy.

Cute & comfortable costal home with awesome mattress (stayed in master), en-suite, great kitchen, and screened porch - good sized space that also felt cozy. One block to miles of magnificent sugar sand beach. We didn’t want to leave. Would definitely rent again

Great cottage in a great location!

The house is clean and well appointed, having everything we needed. In addition to being only a block from a quiet, beautiful beach, the neighborhood was also nice for walking. The owners are helpful and responsive, and overall it was a great experience!

just the right location! Pictures dont do justice everything you need we had such a great time cant wait to come back next year! Love the nest!

The Nest is a cozy, peaceful haven within sight of the beach. My friend and I enjoyed staying there very much. I loved the outdoor shower! and I was so grateful to get to enjoy my vacation with my dogs. Kevin was a perfect host and was very responsive whenever we had questions. The neighborhood is also very clean and peaceful. I didn't want to leave!

A great beach getaway @ the Nest!

We had such a great time at the Nest! It was so close to the beach, we loved being able to see the Gulf from the front porch. Everything was the way it was advertised on VRBO. We had everything we needed to enjoy our beach vacay. The Nest was super cozy and comfortable for our family of 6. Our dog Wally enjoyed the home. It wad nice to be able to bring our dog down to the beach and play. Highly recommend the Nest and the Port St. Joe beach. We love this area because it is so much calmer and relaxing compared to the PCB and 30A area. Hope to return next summer!

Family getaway with our 2 dogs!

The house is very comfortable and cute. We had everything we needed and enjoyed relaxing on the screen porch and being able to walk to the beach every day! The house is very well laid out with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Appreciated being able to take our dogs!

Great Escape from Northern Michigan Winter

Our month long stay was so relaxing! Beautiful walks on the beach (so close by), afternoon reads on the beach, the porch and our favorite, the screened in porch!
