Please be aware that this condo building is undergoing a roof replacement as well as other necessary repairs and improvements that are estimated to last until July.  During this time, there could be excess noise, construction activity, and people during business hours.  Per the Board of Directors at Summerhouse Condominium, the pool access is not guaranteed during this period. The Association is unable to accommodate individual requests or make special arrangements regarding pool availability while construction is ongoing.  We appreciate your understanding, and additional updates will be provided as conditions change.

Summerhouse 305 - Peace of Mind is on the third floor of the building and is in a prime location. Centrally located, the gulf view balcony looks directly down the beach access allowing an unobstructed view of the beach. You can relax on the pool deck while watching the gulf waves roll in one floor down in the complex. Covered parking is on the ground floor below the units, and a grilling area on the ground level is provided for guests to enjoy. For your convenience, an elevator makes the third floor much more accessible, and the unit itself is laid out all on one level.

Harvesting Sunshine is a three bedroom condo housing a part of six in one master with a king bed and two guest rooms with queens. The master bedroom is on the beachside of the condo and includes sliding glass doors with entry onto the deck and magnificent gulf views. It also is equipped with a large master bath that has a separate shower and soaking tub. Each bedroom, including the two guest rooms, is stocked with a TV.

You can jump on the sidewalk from the complex and get to either end of Mexico Beach in no time, whether walking or riding a bike. The Mexico Beach Marina and Boat Ramp are just a mile away. Mexico Beach is a small coastal town known for fishing and boating with some of the most beautiful beaches, so make this the spot for your next family vacation.

A little housekeeping on the property: there is one designated parking spot for the unit and a guest parking lot; however, no boats, jet skis or trailers are allowed. Please do not hang your towels from balcony or leave items in the hallways. Also, pets are not welcome on site.
