Historic Inn in de buurt van Port Townsend

  • Onze herberg is gevestigd op Eaglemount Winery en Cidery net buiten Port Townsend. Gasten krijgen gratis proeverijen in onze eigen proeverij.
    Het huis is gebouwd in 1908 en heeft vele mooie eigenschappen, waaronder een grote veranda, 12 hectare, een grote woonkamer en meer.

    De kamer heeft een panoramisch uitzicht op het terrein, een kingsize bed, een aparte badkamer met klauwvoetbak, een mooie wastafel / ijdelheid, raamstoelen. Een gastvrijheid centrum is voorzien.

    De kamer is beschikbaar voor minimaal 2 nachten in het weekend en 1 nacht tijdens de week.

Arcadia Inn reminded my sister and I of the house we grew up in. The original carpentry that still remains is beautiful. The coffee bar was not replenished after our first morning, so had to do without creamer as I used it all the first morning. We had dishes in our room to use so that was nice.

A lovely setting and simple, comfortable room/bath. Convenient to all Port Townsend/Chimacum places. Provided an affordable place of respite to come back to while helping family/eldercare.

A pleasant getaway

We had a lovely time staying at the Arcadia Inn. We chose this place because it was so conveniently located for our visit of Port Townsend and the Olympic National Forest. We couldnt have asked for more, a comfy bed, a lovely view (wonderful sunsets in room 1), and horses to talk to.my wife loved it, it really made our first anniversary as a couple something great.

Great value and gorgeous grounds!

We were so charmed by this house ! It was so beautiful to wake up to the sun rising over the fields every day.

This is a very quaint property which my wife and I enjoyed for 2 nights. It is not fancy but clean, very quiet and has a host who is very easily reached and goes above and beyond (she cleaned our room herself when the housekeeper was called away on a family matter). Good WiFi but there is no television (for better or worse). We did not take advantage of the wine tasting on the property (not sure if there is any during the week when we were there). Plenty of space in our room which was easily accessible by one flight of stairs. Comfortable bed. Lit primarily by lamps. Might be a little dark for some readers but had a handy flashlight at bed side. Centralized microwave and hotpot (although the microwave did blow a fuse one morning when making tea). Historic Inn and property and fun experience.

The room and property were really nice, overall. Comfy bed, neat space, convenient location while also being out in the country.On the down side: there was a constant low frequency but variable hum, like a generator, that drove me insane at night. Ear plugs helped on the second night, but the first was really tough.There's a shooting range next door, too, so daytime was incredibly loud. We were mostly out, but if you wanted country peace and quiet well...I feel bad for the hosts since they can't control the range, but it is what it is. The room had huge windows. Lovely! But in summer that means a flood of light at 5 am. There were some drapes but they didn't help a whole lot.

Great Anniversary Trip

Cute little historic inn. My husband and I stayed here for a coupke of nights while on a trip for our 19th anniversary. The place was quiet and clean. We stayed in room number 1 and the king size bed was so comfortable i didn't want to get up in the morning. We stayed during the week so weren't able to experience the tastings but we will try to stay during the weekend if we come back to Port Townsend again.

Quiet & Quaintness

Victorian Inn… we had the 2nd floor to ourselves with an attached bathroom. The bed was super comfy. Grounds were green. The place left us with a sense of wonder… lots of questions with our imaginations left to complete the inquiry. We’d stay there again. Reasonably priced.

The Arcadia is quirky, old, and tidy. It's not in town but it's only a couple minutes drive to downtown. Our room had lots of windows and let in lots of sunlight. Bed was comfortable and we slept quite well; the location is quiet and peaceful.

Relaxing getaway

It was very refreshing to wake up late and enjoy the quiet surroundings. The bedroom was perfectly set up. I really am happy they don't have tv's. Each morning we would spot some blacktail deer as took our time to get ready for the day. The locals are very nice and I will for sure recommend this spot to friends and family.

Beautiful Inn and a wonderful gift!

I stayed here with my partner for their birthday and Valentine’s Day! It was so easy to find and amazing access to the property. For those who love a private feel, this is an amazing choice. Trudy was amazing with communication even though we never crossed paths. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was gorgeous. If you have the chance, stay in room #1! Beautiful windows and bright sun in the morning. Thank you for an amazing weekend. I’m looking forward to coming back in the summer if all goes to plan

The inn is very nice as was the room. It was clean and everything that was needed was provided. The only problem was the window in room 1. The only window that opened was broken and dangled from one hinge. If left open a gust of wind would have sent it crashing to the ground. This was very inconvenient given how hot it was during my stay.

No communication

Tired place, with no manager that’s there to ask questions or help or do anything. Stayed 3 nights and other than the gentleman at the winery who called the manager, we saw no one . The facility looks like no one cares, porch dirty, living room depressing, room tired (bed was good).

This is a very convenient location, we rode our Ebikes all the way from this Inn to downtown Port Townsend, and all over the place.The Inn has had its better days! I’m sure the owners are working hard to do improvements, they’re never ending, but it looks a little bleak upon arrival. The three goats help! As do the apparently resident doe and her two fawns who roam the brown meadows. The room had a few cobwebs here and there. Clawfoot tub looks good but kind of a dangerous way to take a shower these days. Especially when you’re older. The bed was absolutely the best part of the whole thing. We stayed in room one and it was a king size bed and it was excellent so thank you for spending the money on the mattress! No air conditioning but two fans helped. This room had its own bathroom. For the price, it was a good stay.

Cozy and Quiet

no hair dryer as advertised. light fixture in bathroom had dead bulb. Light fixture in passage way was hanging by wires. Not secured. Took several minutes to get hot water in sink and bathtub. Needs maintenance.
