'Beautiful historical hotel, the rooms were comfortable, the bed too and we liked the vintage style fridge. Because this is a historical building the walls are very thin and you can hear everything! I'd give it a higher rating but the thin walls were an annoyance. Also, no AC in the unit.'

'What a find!! Ed's cottage is wonderful, the cottage itself is cozy and cute and the property has lovely views and beach access. Ed was very welcoming and kind and even included the tide schedule for our stay as well as local recommendations. Add in the close proximity to Port Townsend and the cottage had a full kitchen, it was absolutely wonderful. I'll be back, that's a guarantee. '

'Great location and close enough for UW appointment. Very clean, good communication with management, easy in and out. The Fremont district is eclectic with great shops, restaurants, bars. Parking is on-street, but available and free on some streets after 7p and others 8p. You can make it work!'

'Just as wonderful as the photos and description suggest. Very prompt and helpful communication. Our family stayed two nights, and didn't need to switch out the portable generator (though the host assured us they were happy to bring us a power backup, even in the middle of the night). Beautiful, spacious spot, quiet. A great spot to stay and explore the surrounding area, we plan on coming back.'

"Prima motel, ook voor een paar dagen. Goede kamer met goede bedden. Erg schoon. Raam gaat open en heeft horregaas. Recent kennelijk een goede opknapbeurt gehad en dat merk je. Voor de filmliefhebber een 50 inch tv. Wat wil je nog meer. Een goed ontbijt natuurlijk en dat is er ook."
