The staff bent over backwards for us bring up a very late night salad and Burrata when we got in at 1am in the morning,breakfast was outstanding. They drove us over to where our Duvine guides were picking us up. I wish we had a longer stay but highly recommend it.'

The Leccese people in general have a generous and kind spirit but this quaint hotel went above & beyond. 'Honestly, one of the best boutique Hotels that I have ever stayed at. The rooms are so well appointed and although they are updated they fit in perfectly with the history of the property! The staff went beyond and above the call…. Stephania, Daniela, David ….. at the front and the darling server Andrea to name a few. The assistance with the parking was a huge help as well. Recommendations for restaurants and Jewelry shopping were superb.

"We had a nice stay. Location is great. Breakfast area is a bit outdated. During check-out we were surprised to pay (eur18) for the changes of towels. This was not explained during check-in, but seems that a notification was in the room. At the end we did not have to pay. I believe the hotel should communicate better for such costs (or even better not to charge guests for such things)."
