Negatief: Voorzieningen, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
This is a trailer, in a trailer park - not a house. Don’t be deceived by the photos. For the price and all the extra fees we paid we could have spent less and had 2 hotel rooms that are quiet and have functional bathrooms with a shower that provides hot water.
While the management company was very responsive and has done a nice job keeping this property clean, the property itself was not at all what we expected. The property location is very close to the highway and an active train track. There is a lot of background noise from both- I had to use earplugs to sleep. The trailer is cutely decorated, and has a nice fire pit outside, which we used. There is a small kitchen that is functional, which we also used. The sleeping arrangements were ok - we had a group of 4 kids and 2 moms. The kids used the loft where there are 4 single beds. The loft has only ~4 ft ceiling, so you do have to crawl when moving around. One mom slept in the 1 bedroom and the other on the couch. There is AC, which was great, although the kids said it was stuffy/ hot in the loft. There is a small bathroom with a shower, however, as noted earlier, none of us had hot water for our shower, not even the first person that used it. The tub also did not drain well.
Overall, we were comfortable and the accommodations were better than camping, but that’s about all I can say. I would not return and am happy we were only there for a single night.
