'Overall infrastructure is of great quality but has too little use and it shows. All accommodations are well fitted with equipment but sometimes equipment malfunctions, for instance, our room tv never worked and could not be fixed, our refrigerator stopped working one day but was quickly fixed. At our arrival they had no notice of reservation and it took some waiting until everything was cleared. The fact that they do not have a real check in facility is a major hassle and, in general, the place...

We enjoyed our 4 days in Puerto Plaza very much !!

"We stayed in a room with seaview and a balcony. The appartment was huge! The bathroom was very big with a nice and big shower. The bedroom was ok,the bed was good. There was also a kitchenette and a very nice and long sofa where you could watch television. The balcony had a bath. Breakfast is served at the Italian bakery downstairs.There's a lot of choice to eat. The man at the reception was very friendly and helpful. In walking distance you have a lot of restaurants,bars,shops,... We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Las Terrenas ! "
