'We had a perfect time at the house. The views are so beautiful. We had NO problems at all! You need a car to get to the house, that is important to know. It was quiet, I loved the sheep grazing around the house. There is a lot to do and see in the neighberhood. If I was going to this part of the country, I would defenitively choose this house again! 'A fantastic find. The cottage had everything you could wish for including a huge secure walled garden for our Setter lad. The cottage is one of two so normally we would have shared the garden but this time we had it to ourselves, something to consider if your pet prefers their own space. Two cafes very close by, a short walk to the village harbour and places to eat. Would thoroughly recommend and we will certainly return. '

'We had such a lovely welcome from Ramsay at Garden Cottage. The cottage is beautifully appointed with a larged walled garden looking over to the Aberdeenshire hills. Inside, the cottage is comfortable and well equipped. The living area is spacious and has full length windows and a window seat looking onto the garden. There are plenty of places of interest to visit close by and a bit further afield. We would love to come back to stay here and explore more.'

'We had a wonderful few days despite mixed weather. The cottage is very well equipped, cosy yet spacious with lovely bright bedrooms upstairs, the owners were kind and helpful and the location is lovely, great walks along the river and lovely open outlook. We hope to return soon!'

"The hotel was superb! We had one of the whiskysuites. Very nice and cosy room. Superfriendly staff and the breakfast was amazing. Car park opposite to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to every especially when you like drinking whiskey. They have an amazing whisky bar !"
