It was just what we needed at the time! However we had to safety pin the curtains together against the bright parking lot lights.

Breakfast was incomplete and a big disappointment. No juices, 1 banana, 1 type of muffin, and only biscuits with gravy or waffles. Upon checking in the one room of two we reserved, the room key didn’t work and the staff had to open it, but we couldn’t leave the room unless it was blocked or we couldn’t get back into the room. It meant leaving our belongings unsecured if we left them in the room. Overall very unhappy.

Facility needs update. Had free continental breakfast but was out of juice, no milk for cereal, no waffle mix but waffle iron was heated up. Only had biscuits and gravy. Breakfast started at 6am and we went down at 630am. Only one bath towel in room for 4 people. When you go to ask for something at front desk, they say they are out of everything. Beds were comfortable and that was the only good thing about the place.

There was no hot water in the building so no one could shower from our party of 5. Coffee maker was in the bathroom so nasty. Zero towels and had to ask for them and then couldn’t use them anyways because no hot water! Terrible experience!

The sheets on both beds had dry blood spots. It was dead bug in the windowsill and trash behind the night stand. Also, tons of dust around the tv. Other than these few issues, everything else was fine.

We did enjoy our stay BUT our room never was cleaned the 3 nights we were there. Housekeeper did come around on Sunday afternoon BUT inly cleaned the room next door and started cleaning around 3, making so much noise even a babyy couldn't sleep. Ladybugs in the room were awful. The walls were so thin you literally could hear everything from the room beside you. The local bar is attached to the hotel which was good fiod BUT the locals just park how they want which i feell is very disrespectful. Also at check-in we we were not told the back door does not work so we unloaded our belongings to have to reload. If nothing is available we would stay here again but i like to enjoy the quite of a room when on vacation.

When we arrived and got checked in, we had to go back downstairs to the clerk twice due to the key not being set up. Then when we walked in there was a cockroach right in the bathtub. I called down to the manager and she didn’t believe me. Until I told her I had pictures. There were some holes in the ceiling from the water damage. The 2nd room was no better. No sheets on one of the beds. Hopefully they get these things resolved. There never was any apology or anything. Just the $260 bill for 2 days.

The bathroom was gross. Had to change rooms because the first one would not open. But, the nice lady working the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was, questionable. Wouldn't plan on staying here again but it was convenient to the venue we were at.

I stayed in room 201 which was at the end of the hall on the second floor, farthest from the front desk. Luckily it was just an overnight stay. The door to the room fit so poorly that you could literally see the the legs of people in the hallway while sitting on the end of the bed.

We needed a place for some shut eye on our way to vacation. Rooms were big, hotel was quiet and beds were comfortable. Biscuits and gravy for breakfast were a plus, too.

Staff is great. If you stay for awhile you have to let front desk know you want roomed cleaned, but staff is amazing and anything you need they provide, they are always happy to accommodate. I stay here because of the staff. Highly recommend this place for that reason. Beverly the AGM is friendly and always on top of everything. Lindy very helpful, accommodating to anything she can provide that hotel offers and always has a positive attitude. Shasta very kind and friendly. I wish I knew all the names. Rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Only reason I gave 4 stars is hallways smell like grease and no air and would prefer cleaning staff check to see if you need anything but never stayed anywhere with staff as amazing as they are!

Friends Forever
We visited our friends and decided to get a room for them as well so we could be together without household duties. The rooms were well set up, clean, and comfortable. My friend expounded on the quality of the towels, which she loved. The front desk attendant was attentive and helpful.
