Bright, welcoming and modern: Appartamento Eleda is a holiday home for rent, just 250 meters from the beach of Strea, by the coast of Porto Cesareo, where you can stay during your holiday in Puglia. Appartamento Eleda is simple but at the same time it guarantees all the necessities to spend a pleasant stay in Salento. Suitable for a maximum of 5 people. Pets are allowed.
A vacation in Porto Cesareo: where to overnight just 250 meters from the sea
Appartamento Eleda is simple, refined, located along a secondary street that leads directly to the sea. Passing the gate you enter the courtyard of the holiday home with a veranda furnished with a table and chairs. You enter directly the large living room furnished with good taste. There`s a sofa with tv so you can relax, a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen so you can cook your favorite dish with pleasure before or after a visit to the beach. The sleeping area consists of 2 large double bedrooms of which one with an en suite bathroom with shower. In addition there`s also a second bathroom with shower and a camping bed that offer an extra accommodation. The small villa is provided with mosquito nets and bars on all doors and windows.  
The surroundings of Appartamento Eleda
Appartamento Eleda is located in Porto Cesareo in La Strea, one of the most popular destinations for summer vacations in Salento. The rental holiday home is just 250 meters from the sea. The bathing establishments are a few kilometers away: Sant`Isidoro is 3 km away, the center of Porto Cesareo is 2 km away. Torre Lapillo, with its famous beaches of Prosciutto and Riva degli Angeli, is about 10 km away. Places to visit nearby are Nardò and Gallipoli and the Natural park of Portoselvaggio.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 37 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The second bathroom has not windows, but it's equipped with air vents.
- Bathroom has no bidet.
- Air conditioner only in one bedroom.
- Just small size pets are admitted.
