Residence Jolly Mare - Mono

The studios are two vacation homes sleeping 4 each, in a residence just a few steps from the beach of Torre Lapillo. They are equipped with air conditioning, washing machine,
wi-fi internet, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board,
alarm system. Parking space in outdoor area shared with other vacation
homes in the residence.

The
studios are introduced by a lovely shaded veranda, of exclusive
pertinence, furnished with table and chairs. The interiors consist of
one large room including open kitchen and dining room, sleeping area
with double bed + bunk bed sofa. Completes the house 1 bathroom
shower. At the back of the studios, there is also a second furnished
veranda for spending time outdoors.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the bedroom.
- Shared garden.
