The location was great, you can walk to everywhere around in Porto. And they provided you parking spot if you have a car. And place was so clean, last of all, staff was so kind and helpful. I would definitely coming back to this place when I am in Porto again.

Welcoming hosts , thoughtfully decorated with touches that are so considerate for travelers - parking , wide spaces for suitcases(but there's no elevator) and super delicious water from a centrally located dispenser! Thank you very much for a memorable stay!

A great time in Porto
Duque de Loule is at a fantastic location - within 5-10 minutes’ walk to heritage spots such as cathedrals, central station, and old town streets. Eduardo is supporting guests with sincerity all the time. You need to make your parking lot secured in advance if you are to being yours (or a rentcar).

Lovely apartment right in the centre
Lovely apartment very centrally located. Well appointed with everything needed for the occasional dinner in. Bakery right next door. Lovely restaurant Rios a few doors down. Ice cream parlour around the corner. Supermarket a block away. Caution that the parking spaces are very small but the owner will guide you in on arrival. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This was a very nice apartment with a loft. Good location and only a short 10 minute walk to the Se. The apartment was very nice and clean. Parking is provided which is also a plus.

We got good help finding the building and navigating tight city parking garage. Beautifully appointed and within walking distance to major attractions.

Très bien situé par rapport au centre historique de Porto. On a pu tout faire à pied. Intérieur cosy. Super accueil de l'hôte, qui a su être réactif qd des voisins ont été un peu bruyants.

We had a great stay! Location was excellent, apartment was spacious and comfortable. Host was professional and responsive. If you are a light sleeper, bring some earplugs as it can get noisy at night from the street, stairs and upper level. Overall 9/10!

Just know that you need to get here by a certain time or you have to park in a very difficult structure that you can’t find and your car is trapped until an assistant lets you move it. If you get there in time the parking is fine. So nice there is a cafe right out the door and a water cooler in the hallway. However for some reason we totally lost our water and had to wait to shower until the assistant came to fix it. Very difficult when there are 4 people getting ready for the day. However the shower is nice and hot with good pressure when working. We had 9 lodgings on this trip and sadly this one was the most frustrating, but your experience here may be much better. We left a day early because we are not really city people. We had a nice day at the waterfront though and good meals. It’s a very dangerous walking city if you are not sure-footed. Lots of incline and very slippery stone pavers. Also not the cleanest city. Cigarette butts in all the cracks of pathways

Very interesting review to say the least, this guest was very difficult from the get go , we’ve try to help in every way we could to assure that our service standards were met. But the fact the he stated “not to be city folks” only thing I can do is thank them for staying with us and suggest a more rural destination next time .Best regards

Great location! Walking distance from everything you want to go to. The host was so accommodating! The bed was comfortable, though the pullout sofa was a sofa, not a futon. Loved the addition of the water dispenser downstairs! Definitely recommend this location for your stay in Porto!

O contato com Eduardo ocorreu da melhor forma possível. Ele prontamente nos possibilitou guardar nossas trolleys antes do horário do check-in para podermos passear por Porto. O apartamento estava limpo, organizado e super cheiroso. Que lugar bonito e de bom gosto! Desde a entrada do prédio, até o último canto da casa de banho. Havia até uma pequena varanda com mesinha e cadeiras, onde se podia ver um céu lindíssimo de pôr do sol. Ambiente aconchegante, sofá-cama confortável. Televisão a funcionar (ótimo, pois pudemos acompanhar jogos do mundial), ótima internet também. Bom aquecimento dos espaços. A garrafa de água na mesa foi um toque especial da recepção. Sugestão: Na cozinha, disponibilizar a quantidade de itens conforme a quantidade de hóspedes: haviam apenas 3 cálices de vinho disponíveis, numa reserva para 4 pessoas (um de nós bebeu vinho num pequeno copo de água, hehe). Sugiro também um pano para secar a pia (utilizamos a cozinha para preparar uma refeição e tivemos de secar a bancada com papel higiênico).

Bom custo benefício ar condicionado apenas na sala
Pontos positivos: acomodação muito limpa, camas boas, apartamento confortável, cafeteira, utensílios de cozinha, comércio perto e muito perto do centro. Além disso o staff é incrível, carregou nossas malas e prontamente atendiam à todos os nosso pedidos. Pontos negativos: o ar condicionado é apenas na sala e isso nao ficou claro pra mim na hora da reserva, não tem elevador e são muitas escadas (mas eles ajudam a subir e descer as malas), como o prédio é antigo tem muito barulho de passos e as janelas anti ruído não seguram o barulho da rua. A garagem é apertada tem que ser bom de manobra.

Fantastic Place
Loved the apartment. Property was super clean, it smelled good, the location is grate, but most important “the staff” Eduardo and the other two gentlemen were so friendly and courteous. When I go back to Porto, I will book this appointment again.
