Before booking, please note:

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment (minimum fee of €250 if there is evidence such as smell, ashes, cigarette butts).

•Online registration: guest data must be registered independently through our own platform before arrival

•Check-in: in-person, our team will be on site with 30-minute prior notice, Arrivals after 8 PM are subject to extra cost.

•Access: After the apartment is ready and online registration is correctly completed.

Number of guests: Confirm that the number of guests is correct on the booking. Changes must be made before check-in. Exceeding the indicated number may result in additional fees or refusal of stay.

Stays >20 nights: A fair use policy of €90 for water and electricity applies; extra will be charged. Initial and final readings will be recorded.
