The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing your daily meals. In addition to basic crockery and utensils, it features a hob, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge and washing machine.

From the living room, you have direct access to a pleasant balcony, ideal for getting some fresh air and admiring the authentic Porto architecture of the neighbourhood.

The bedroom is harmoniously decorated in a serene green tone, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere for a revitalising rest. It is equipped with a double bed, a spacious built-in wardrobe and a small desk, ideal for those who need to work or plan the next day's itinerary.

The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

The energy of this neighbourhood is unique and captivating, perfectly combining the tradition of old local grocery stores with a young, creative and bohemian atmosphere. A short walk away, you can lose yourself in the neighbouring 'Bairro das Artes' (Rua Miguel Bombarda), famous for its contemporary art galleries, independent design shops, organic grocery stores and cosy speciality cafés. The historic Romanesque Igreja de Cedofeita and the always lively Praça Carlos Alberto are charming spots waiting just around the corner.

Despite enjoying this authentic neighbourhood feel, its proximity to Porto's historic centre is absolutely enviable. With a pleasant and scenic walk downhill, you'll quickly find yourself at the tourist epicentre of the 'Invicta'. You'll have incredibly easy and direct access to the iconic Clérigos Tower, the charming Lello Bookshop, the imposing Avenida dos Aliados and the vibrant Galerias de Paris area. It's the ideal setting to immerse yourself in the city's rich architecture, before heading down the winding alleys to the Ribeira to enjoy the late afternoon by the Douro River.

In addition to being a direct gateway to the city centre, this location serves as an excellent strategic base for exploring the greatest wonders of Northern and Central Portugal. Thanks to the excellent surrounding transport network (with several nearby metro stations, such as Lapa or Carolina Michaëlis), planning itineraries becomes incredibly easy. From these connections, it will be very easy to access the rail network to be amazed by the birthplace of the nation in Guimarães, explore the monumental richness of Braga, navigate the picturesque canals of Aveiro or embark on an unforgettable journey through the magical wine-covered slopes of the stunning Douro Valley!

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

By metro, the nearest station is Lapa, a short walk from the property, with fast connections to Porto city centre and the metropolitan network.

By bus, several lines serve the area, offering comfortable connections throughout the city of Porto.

By car, the property has easy access to the city's main roads.

Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport (OPO) is approximately 20 minutes by car. Taxis, Uber and Bolt are easily available in the area.

This property has a self check-in system, and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in is available from 3pm, subject to availability and confirmation.

Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy towards smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a cap of €80.

On the first days, we provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set of keys when available, lost keys or door opening service during the stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (Towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Parking: Paid street parking available.
