The living room is equipped with a huge, comfortable sofa and TV, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax, socialise and watch a good film after a day at the beach or simply enjoy the colours of the end of the day as the sun sets.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your daily meals with an enviable backdrop. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, it has a coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher and other practical equipment.

Access to the panoramic balcony is through the living room and dining area, allowing you to easily gather the family to enjoy the fantastic natural light that illuminates the entire home. This outdoor area is the perfect spot to admire the magnificent view of the sea and Matosinhos beach.

The sleeping area has been thoughtfully designed to ensure everyone's privacy, featuring four elegantly decorated bedrooms equipped with large wardrobes. The layout includes two fantastic suites with double beds, one spacious room also with a double bed and, finally, a room with two single beds.

The property has a total of 4 bathrooms (two of them ensuite) and all are equipped with the necessary amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

For your total comfort, the property offers private parking with two spaces.

Located on the iconic Avenida da República in Matosinhos, this accommodation places you at the epicentre of one of the most dynamic, authentic and captivating areas of the Greater Porto seafront. The energy of this neighbourhood is absolutely contagious, blending strong fishing traditions and urban vibrancy with a relaxed, sea-connected atmosphere. Stepping outside, you are a short walk from the fantastic Matosinhos Beach, a true paradise for surf and water sports lovers, and the lush Parque da Cidade, the largest urban park in the country, ideal for leisurely walks or cycling. Matosinhos is also world-renowned as the "World's Best Fish" destination — just metres away you will find the famous "restaurant street" (Rua Heróis de França), where fresh fish and seafood are grilled outdoors over charcoal, providing an unrivalled gastronomic experience.

Despite enjoying this wonderful coastal setting, Porto's Historic Centre (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is incredibly close and accessible. With the metro stop practically at the door, you can take a direct and comfortable journey to the heart of "Invicta" in no time. Within minutes, you will be strolling along the grand Avenida dos Aliados, admiring the stunning azulejos of São Bento Station, climbing the iconic Torre dos Clérigos or getting lost in the medieval charm of the Ribeira district, on the banks of the Douro river. It is the perfect combination of coastal tranquillity and urban cultural convenience.

Beyond its proximity to the northern capital, this address is an exceptional logistical base for exploring other cities and major tourist attractions in Northern Portugal. With excellent and fast road and transport links, you can easily plan day trips. Head north and discover the historic charm of Vila do Conde and the vibrant coastal city of Póvoa de Varzim. If you prefer cultural and monumental tourism, you are a short trip away from Braga, known for its sumptuous sanctuaries and Roman heritage, and Guimarães, the birthplace of the nation with its imposing medieval castle. Even the famous Port Wine cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia or the protected landscapes of the Litoral Norte are within reach to enrich your stay!

The property is located on Avenida da República in Matosinhos, an area very well served by public transport.

By metro, Matosinhos Sul station (Blue Line) is a short walk away, with a direct connection to Porto city centre (Trindade, Aliados, Bolhão) and Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport in about 30 minutes.

By bus, STCP and Maré offer several lines in the area, with frequent connections to Porto and surroundings.

On foot, you can easily reach Matosinhos Beach, the Municipal Market and a wide range of restaurants, especially known for fresh fish and seafood.

By car, access to the Via de Cintura Interna (VCI) and the A28 is just a few minutes away, facilitating travel to any part of Greater Porto and the north of the country.

Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport is approximately 10 to 15 minutes by car or about 30 minutes by metro. Taxis, Uber and Bolt are easily available in the area.

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the accommodation (15:00). We ask all guests to complete a registration form which will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use utilities policy will apply with a limit of €80 included.

For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing liquid and bin bags.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
