The cozy living and sleeping area features a comfortable double bed alongside a sofa bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. Large windows fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and relaxing atmosphere, while the wall-mounted TV and WiFi provide everything you need for a comfortable evening in.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and appliances, including an oven, microwave, and refrigerator, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a home-cooked meal. A small dining area with stylish chairs provides the perfect setting to enjoy your meals together.

The bathroom features a refreshing shower and a sleek vanity with integrated lighting, adding a modern touch to your daily routine. Fresh towels and quality linens are provided for your comfort.

Guests have access to the entire first-floor studio with modern amenities, including an elevator for easy access.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A modern and comfortable apartment in Porto, located in the Bonfim area, a vibrant neighborhood known for its authentic atmosphere and local charm. Guests can easily explore the city on foot or by public transport, with the historic center and many of Porto’s main attractions nearby.

The area is surrounded by traditional cafés, restaurants, local shops, and cultural spaces. Guests can visit iconic landmarks such as São Bento Station, Porto Cathedral, Clérigos Tower, and the picturesque Ribeira.

With excellent transport connections and easy access to the city center, it’s a great base for discovering Porto’s history, gastronomy, architecture, and lively local atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop is just a 2–3 minute walk from the property. Campanhã Train and Metro Station is approximately a 3–5 minute walk away, providing convenient connections to Porto city centre and destinations throughout Portugal.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 20–25 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
