The separate kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and modern appliances, including an oven and coffee machine. Whether you're preparing a simple breakfast or a special dinner, you'll find everything you need to cook comfortably during your stay.

The bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, and reading lights for added convenience. Decorated in soothing neutral tones with elegant touches throughout, it provides the perfect setting for restful nights. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathroom is equipped with all the essentials needed to freshen up after a day of exploring, with fresh towels provided for your convenience.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A stylish and centrally located apartment in Porto, situated in one of the city's most vibrant neighborhoods. Guests can easily walk to iconic attractions such as the Clérigos Tower, Livraria Lello, Avenida dos Aliados, and the beautiful Crystal Palace Gardens.

The historic Ribeira district, São Bento Station, and the Douro River waterfront are also within easy reach, offering plenty of opportunities to explore Porto’s rich culture, architecture, and gastronomy. Surrounded by trendy cafés, traditional restaurants, and local boutiques, it’s an ideal base for experiencing the authentic charm of the city.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Lapa (Metro do Porto – Line D), is approximately a 5–7 minute walk from the property, providing easy access to Porto city centre and surrounding areas.

The nearest train station, Porto São Bento (CP – urban and regional lines), is about a 15–20 minute walk or a 5–10 minute drive from the property.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 20–25 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
