The elegant kitchenette is functional and ideal for preparing your daily meals. In addition to crockery and basic utensils, it includes a hob, oven, coffee machine, microwave and fridge, offering all the equipment needed to make your stay easier.

The sleeping area, harmoniously integrated into the space and bathed in excellent natural light thanks to the large windows, ensures a serene atmosphere for a refreshing rest. It is equipped with an inviting double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe.

The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Located in the pulsating heart of Vila Nova de Gaia, just a few steps from the Douro River, this accommodation offers you an immersive experience in one of the most iconic and captivating areas of the region. The energy of the neighbourhood is marked by riverside charm, the unmistakable aroma of the historic Port Wine Cellars and the vibrant cultural and gastronomic offer of the WOW (World of Wine) quarter. A stroll along the lively Cais de Gaia in the late afternoon is absolutely unmissable: you can savour excellent local cuisine at one of the many terraces while enjoying what is, without doubt, the most stunning and photogenic panoramic view over the city of Porto.

Despite being set within a tourist and cultural hub with a life of its own, the proximity to Porto's historic centre is unbeatable. Just a short and scenic walk across the iconic Ponte Luiz I (either via the lower deck on foot, or the upper deck by metro) and you will find yourself in the heart of Ribeira, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will have immediate and easy access to Porto's picturesque alleyways, the imposing Cathedral, the beautiful Sao Bento Station and the Clerigos Tower, combining the best of both riverbanks into one unforgettable experience, with the advantage of returning to a slightly more relaxed atmosphere at the end of the day.

Beyond this privileged connection to Porto, this location serves as an excellent logistical and strategic base to explore the greatest tourist wonders of Northern and Central Portugal. From here, you will have very easy access (by car or train) to the stunning coastline and beautiful beaches of Gaia, where the famous Chapel of Senhor da Pedra in Miramar stands out. Take advantage of the proximity to the train station (General Torres or Devesas) to comfortably plan a day in the picturesque city of Aveiro (known as the Portuguese Venice), explore the birthplace of the nation in Guimaraes, marvel at the sanctuaries of Braga or embark on an unforgettable journey through the magical slopes of the Douro Valley!

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. By metro, the nearest station is D. Joao II (Porto Metro - Line D/Yellow), a short walk from the property, with fast connections to Porto's centre and the metropolitan network.

By bus, several lines serve the area, offering comfortable connections throughout Vila Nova de Gaia and Porto.

By car, the property has easy access to the main roads linking Gaia and Porto. Francisco Sa Carneiro International Airport (OPO) is approximately 20 to 25 minutes away by car. Taxis, Uber and Bolt are readily available in the area.

This property has a self check-in system, and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in is available from 3 PM, subject to availability and confirmation.

Once the reservation is confirmed, guests are required to complete a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of 200 EUR for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a cap of 80 EUR.

For the first few days, we provide basic amenities: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20 EUR (extra set of keys when available, lost keys or door opening service during the stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: 30 EUR (Towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Parking: Paid parking available in the area. We recommend parking on Avenida da Republica, parallel to the metro line and less than 100 metres from the accommodation.
