Brand new Duplex apartment, in a closed condominium with free parking and located in a reference building in Porto. It is on a third floor, with elevator.

￫ Bedrooms
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a double bed.

￫ Bathrooms
The apartment has two bathrooms with showers.

￫ Living Room/Dining Area
The living room features modern decor and has a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa, and a dining table for 4.

￫ Balconies
It also has two balconies, overlooking the front and back of the building, giving you extensive views of this wonderful city!

￫ Kitchenette
The kitchenette is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker (coffee not included).

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the property with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

This duplex apartment is characterized by its wonderful location, a 10-minute walk from the formidable Santa Catarina Street and Campo 24 de Agosto which is of stunning beauty.

Rua de Santa Catarina, the most important commercial area of ​​Porto with about 1500 meters in length, has as its main characteristics its elegance and romance that are felt with every step, every tasteful boutique, every traditional store.
Also characterized by its striped stone paths and its always lively movement, it is full of unmissable points of interest, such as the Chapel of Souls which is lined with the typical blue tiles of Portugal. It was precisely because of this Chapel and its invocation to Catherine of Alexandria that this unique street acquired the same name.
Further on you will find Café Majestic. This café invites you to live and experience the history of this beautiful city. Inaugurated in 1921, it has become the meeting place of illustrious characters of the time and a source of inspiration for so many artists and writers.
Next to this street you will find the famous and unmissable Bolhão Market.

But if you want to take the metro at Campo 24 de Agosto station (also a 10-minute walk from the apartment), you will come across a small garden that will take your breath away for its beauty. With a viewpoint, a small lake and original trees since the time of its creation (1912), it is a place of passage for those going to the subway and CentralShopping.

In the surrounding area you will also find the Cirnes Palace, dating from 1812.

If you're arriving by plane from Aeroporto Francisco, there are some options to get to the apartment.

￫ Metro
With a journey between 25 and 30 minutes, the nearest metro station (Campo 24 de Agosto Station) is a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

￫ Car
If you have a rental car, please notice that there's no free parking in the area.
Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to get to the apartment, but for a faster and easier arrival, book our Airport Transfer Service (subject to an extra cost).

Note that there is free parking in the condominium.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
