Dear Mrs. Benet,Thank you for your email and for taking the time to elaborate on your experience at Vinha Boutique Hotel.We agree and are truly sorry that we haven’t been at the airport to pick you up at the arrival time. We sent a car as soon as you called asking for the driver and we apologize for this misunderstanding. As soon as you arrived, at 09:20 am we informed you that the room was not ready because of high occupancy and offered to show you the facilities. We made a tour of the hotel, and showed you the indoor pool, exterior pool, and the possibility to change clothes if needed at our SPA, so you could enjoy the facilities while we were doing our best to have the room ready before the check-in time. We have also offered you a free drink at the Terrace while you were waiting, so we don’t it’s far to blame the hotel for your early arrival, knowing that the check-in time is at 03:00 pm. You were seated and waited at the lobby because you wished so and not because we didn’t offer other options. Regarding the SPA experience, we will investigate what happened, since we haven't had any other complaint about it. We are sorry to have fallen short of your expectations and we truly hope you had a great time in Porto despite the inconveniences you faced during your stay.Thank you again for your feedback.
