The complex is located a few steps from an agriturismo that in addition to the restaurant service also offers a poolside bar / lounge.

This location is mainly known for its beach, about 400 meters long, which is a combination of sand and colored pebbles, with traces of iron slag dating back to Etruscan times. A junction location that will allow you to visit the various slopes in the surrounding area: from the Costa che Brilla, to the Costa dei Gabbiani, to that of the Golfo Stella up to the beaches of the Costa Bianca and Verde of Portoferraio.

Three-room apartment No. 1 - 3/4 beds
The apartment is located inside a Tuscan farmhouse surrounded by greenery and divided into apartments, a few steps from a farm that offers a restaurant, bar and swimming pool.
It consists of a living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with single bed and pull-out single bed, bathroom with shower and bidet. Each apartment has an outdoor area equipped with table and chairs, and a large shared pergola and BBQ. Private and assigned uncovered parking space.

Important Notes:
- groups of young people must have a minimum age to check in of 21 years (all participants)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small/medium sized pets allowed, with a supplement of € 30 for cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- in case of use of the outdoor BBQ, it must be left clean after each use (for good neighborly rules), otherwise we would have to withhold 50 euros from the security deposit
