One bed-room apartment that can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults accompanied by a child.
The apartment with full sea view from every room consists of an independent entrance, living room with double sofa bed and bathroom with shower, kitchenette with burners and gas oven, bedroom with single bed (plus removable single) and small internal bathroom. A rustic environment, renovated respecting the external marine environment, creating a highly suggestive atmosphere. Large covered panoramic terrace on the beach, which does not need much description. Private parking space about 80 meters away, reachable via a pedestrian path.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check in is 21 years old (for group of guys - children are welcome)
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
