Arranged entirely on one floor, the land, completely fenced with a view of the Gulf of Portoferraio in the background, offers an independent entrance and large outdoor spaces with a covered corner with garden table and chairs for 2 people. The living area consists of a kitchen with oven, gas hob and sofa with TV corner; large and bright quadruple bedroom (double bed plus bunk bed); bathroom with shower and washing machine.
