Just a three-minute drive from the small beach of San Giovanni, where you can admire the wonderful setting of the gulf of Portoferraio with its historic center reflected on the seafront; with a very short walk you will find the peace and tranquility of the Terme di San Giovanni, an enchanting place where you can enjoy the sunset immersed in green and blue.
The town of Portoferraio comes alive with its own life in the summer, with its main street full of lights, music and colours, the entire center transforms into a pedestrian area, where numerous bars and restaurants along the seafront will welcome you with their typical dishes Elba and tasty fresh fish specialities.

Comfortable apartment in a villa, in a strategic position for visiting the various locations on the island, being in an equidistant position between Portoferraio and the Gulf of Lacona, with large internal spaces and an equipped garden.

It internally offers 4/5 beds for a maximum of 4 adults + child under 12 years of age, divided into a double sofa bed in the living room, a double bedroom, and a bedroom with bunk beds. The living area consists of a dining room with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower. Outside, a very comfortable equipped garden (* is not visible in the photo as the photos were taken during the winter and it was not accessible).

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 25 years of age are not admitted
- rental for a maximum of 4 adults + child
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am for check-in after 8.00pm a supplement of €30.00 must be paid

Check-in information is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio.
