Charming villa located in a residential neighborhood of Portoferraio, in a quiet and sunny position, a few hundred meters from the famous Capo Bianco beach, protected by its high cliffs. The location doesn't need much advertising, white pebbles create contrasts and almost Caribbean colors of the water, which leave you enchanted! We are in a central position on the Costa Bianca of Portoferraio, a one-way road that runs along the sea, which will lead you within 1 km to the other wonderful inlets of this stretch reachable via a shuttle service made available by the municipality in high season: the nearby Padulella, Sottobomba on the left side (and then continue the road up to Capo d'Enfola and the suggestive inlets of the Costa Verde) and the Ghiaie on the right side. An enchanting and natural place, suitable for those who want to escape the stereotype of the equipped sandy beach, without giving up a comfortable and well-served town, you can reach shops and small venues in 800 meters on foot. Idyllic location for lovers of trekking, bike and e-bike excursions.

The house developed entirely on groung floor, is accessed from the kitchen with dining table, divided by an open arch from the living room with two French sofa beds and television. From the corridor it is possible to reach the sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Double bathroom, one of which serves the double room, both recently renovated and with shower cubicle. The property includes an outdoor area equipped for outdoor dining, with a small garden, outdoor shower and bbq.

- deposit (mandatory): 300 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
