Since we are located on 2nd Street in the Historic Boneyfiddle District, you are within walking of distance of Shawnee State University and local shops and restaurants.

    We live in the area and work close-by but not in the building.

    We want you to love your stay so please note: The Landing, a coffee shop, is located on the first floor of the building. They do have live music which can sometimes be heard in the apartment but is wrapped up by 9 or 10 pm. Here's the basic schedule:

    Saturday 6-9 pm Live music

    Thursday once a month for about an hour there is a worship music duo with a guitar
