Casa Simona | Independent Home with Private Garden in the Heart of Positano

Casa Simona gives you the opportunity to do so while staying in an independent home entirely at your disposal, right in the heart of town, with bright interiors and a pleasant private outdoor space where you can slow down and enjoy the rhythm of your holiday.



Designed to accommodate up to 5 guests, Casa Simona preserves the character of a traditional Positano home while combining it with all the comforts needed for a pleasant and practical stay. The complete independence of the property, its private patio and small garden, and its central location make it an ideal choice for couples, families or small groups who want to experience Positano with greater freedom and privacy.



The living room is spacious, bright and welcoming. It features a comfortable double sofa bed, Smart TV, air conditioning and a dining area, creating a versatile space where you can relax after a day at the beach or exploring Positano and the Amalfi Coast.



The kitchen is separate and fully equipped, making it particularly convenient for longer stays as well. Guests have access to an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals independently.



The sleeping area includes a spacious double bedroom with air conditioning and a large wardrobe, as well as a smaller, cosy second bedroom with a single bed, particularly suitable for a fifth guest or a child. Together with the double sofa bed in the living room, this layout allows the house to comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests.



The bathroom is complete and functional, featuring a spacious shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.



One of the most enjoyable features of Casa Simona is its private outdoor space. The patio and small garden, furnished with a table and chairs and surrounded by flowers and plants, create a peaceful corner where you can enjoy breakfast outdoors, read, relax during the quieter hours of the day or have dinner together in the evening. Views of the sea and Positano’s characteristic landscape can be enjoyed just outside the property, after stepping through the gate.



The house also offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Guests are provided with bed linen, a complete set of three towels per person and a complimentary bathroom kit.



Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including all indoor spaces, the patio and the private garden, allowing you to enjoy Casa Simona with the privacy and freedom of a truly independent home.



Check-in is carried out in person by a member of our staff, who will welcome you and provide all the information you need for your stay. Your arrival time must be arranged with us in advance. After booking, you will be contacted privately so that we can organise your welcome as smoothly as possible.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM. For later arrivals, a late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival: €30 from 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM, €50 from 10:30 PM to midnight, and €80 from midnight to 2:00 AM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.



Casa Simona does not have private parking. Paid public parking facilities are available in the immediate surroundings, with indicative rates starting from approximately €50 per day. Given the central location of the house and the particular layout of Positano, travelling by car is not recommended: in addition to the high cost of parking, the town and the main destinations along the Amalfi Coast can be explored more conveniently on foot, by public transport or by sea.



Upon arrival, each guest will be required to present a valid identification document, which is necessary for mandatory registration with the relevant authorities in accordance with current Italian regulations.



The tourist tax imposed by the Municipality of Positano applies from April to October, is not included in the accommodation price and must be paid in cash upon arrival. The rate is €2.50 per person, per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. Guests under the age of 18 are exempt in accordance with local regulations.
